Submission Guidelines (IEEE Compliance)
To ensure SIDe'26 is approved for IEEE proceedings and included in IEEE Xplore®, all submissions must rigorously follow IEEE standards. Non-adherence may result in rejection or exclusion—let's establish a gold standard.
  • Language and Format
All papers must be written in English. Initial manuscripts must use the IEEE double-column conference-paper template. After acceptance, IEEE-route authors retain the applicable IEEE format; Springer-route authors must convert to the applicable Springer Nature proceedings template. Route-specific camera-ready instructions will be provided after acceptance.
    01
  • Page Limits
Initial submissions should contain 4–6 pages, including figures, tables, references, and appendices.
